1. Betting Rules Proposal

( Scan QR to place a bet on your preferred candidate )

• Betting Objective:
  Participants place bets on the presidential candidate they believe will win the election. If their prediction is accurate, they will receive back their entire wager amount plus the winnings.
• Betting Time (UTC)
  Bets open at 5 PM on November 5 and close at 5 PM on November 8.
  (Attention: In case the US announces the final result earlier, the betting period will also end at the time the US announces the result)
• Betting Assets
  Place bets in RBL on Rubi Network through the Rubi Wallet.
• Winning Rate:
  The winning rate is calculated by dividing the total bet amount of the losing side by the total bet amount of the winning side.
• Bet Results Announcement:
  Once the official election results are released, we will compile all valid bets, announce the outcome, and distribute rewards to the winners.
• Winners Receive:
  Winners will receive back their initial wager plus their winnings, which will be sent to the wallet address used to place the bet. Losers forfeit their wagered assets.
• Event Betting Fee:
   A 1% event fee will be deducted from the rewards received by the winning side.

2. Betting Regulations

• Eligibility to Bet:
  Anyone with a Rubi Wallet and sufficient RBL balance can participate in betting.
• Minimum and Maximum Bet Amounts:
  Minimum bet: 1 RBL, with no maximum limit.
• Number of Bets:
  Participants may place up to two bets within the allowed time period, choosing to either back one candidate twice or both candidates once each, depending on their strategy.
• No Annotations:
  To protect privacy, no annotations are allowed with bets. Simply send your wager to the organizer’s wallet, which will automatically track it.
• Bet Cancellation Rights:
  Bets cannot be canceled once assets are sent. Incorrect transactions, including those sent mistakenly, cannot be amended or canceled.
• Invalid Actions:
  No refunds will be issued for invalid bets, which include placing a bet outside the allowed period, placing a bet of less than 1 RBL, or placing more than two bets.
